- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions
- Mix: Combine flour, salt, yeast, and water in a bowl. Dough will be shaggy.
- Rise: Cover and let sit at room temp for 12-18 hours.
- Shape: Fold dough onto itself a few times on floured surface. Shape into ball. Let rest 30 mins.
- Bake: Preheat dutch oven at 450°F (230°C). Place dough in hot pot. Cover and bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake 15 mins more until golden.
