Hot Chocolate Cookies

Rich, dark chocolate cookies that taste just like a mug of hot cocoa. The marshmallow topper makes them show-stopping.

Hot Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar
  • 12 large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and chocolate together.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar. Mix in chocolate mixture. Fold in dry ingredients.
  3. Chill dough for 1 hour.
  4. Scoop onto baking sheet. Bake at 325°F for 10 mins.
  5. Top each cookie with a marshmallow half. Bake 2 more mins.
  6. Optional: Torch the tops for that campfire look!
