The Great Pumpkin Pie

Creamy, spiced perfectly, and never cracks. This is the pumpkin pie recipe that will steal the show at Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 can (15oz) pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Filling: Whisk pumpkin, eggs, and brown sugar. Add cornstarch, salt, and spices. Stir in cream and milk.
  3. Bake: Pour into crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set but jiggles slightly. Cool completely.
