Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk Dry: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Whisk Wet: Whisk buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine: Pour wet into dry. Stir gently until just combined. Lumps are okay! Let rest 10 mins.
- Cook: Cook on greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form on surface. Flip and cook until golden.
