Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Pulse walnuts in food processor until crumbly.
- Add dates, coconut, cinnamon, and salt. Process until a sticky dough forms.
