Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

These smell amazing while roasting. Better than the expensive ones you buy at the mall.

Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil (or water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Toss almonds with oil (or water if strictly oil-free), cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Let cool completely to crisp up.
