Cinnamon Roasted Almonds
These smell amazing while roasting. Better than the expensive ones you buy at the mall.
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp olive oil (or water)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Toss almonds with oil (or water if strictly oil-free), cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool completely to crisp up.
