Chai Spiced Cookies

A simple sugar cookie dough elevated with a homemade chai spice blend. Perfect for dipping in tea.

Chai Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 3/4 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda
  • Spice Blend: 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cardamom, 1/2 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp allspice.

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Whisk flour, soda, and spice blend. Add to wet ingredients.
  3. Roll into balls and roll in spiced sugar.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 mins.
